Challenge: Wanted a marketing partner who can conceptualize and execute their first ever Webinar 

Techolution faced difficulties in driving webinar registrations. The company was planning to host its first ever webinar and wanted a marketing partner who can help them with promotion and execution

How Fractional CMO built and carried out the webinar plan in two weeks

Week 1 - Webinar Promotion

Fractional CMO got only ten days to run promotion campaigns for the Webinar. Techolution did not have any contact database to run the email campaign. After understanding their ideal customer profile of participants for Webinar, we built a database of 1000 contacts in just two days. The list included mid-level management and senior leadership positions in the banking and financial services industry.

We leveraged our years of HubSpot expertise to create a landing page and email nurture campaigns that included invitation emails, follow-up emails. We built workflows to ensure a seamless integration of HubSpot with webinar platform to manage invites and registrations. 

During the course of the email campaign, we encountered email deliverability issue because of high bounce rate. We recalibrated email strategy by dividing entire list into sub-lists to resolve this issue.

Week 2 - Preparation for D-Day

We performed a dress rehearsal with all the panelists and hosts to ensure that everybody gets accustomed to the webinar platform. Second email blast of nurture campaign was done to the entire database. We then did a final dress rehearsal with the client. 

The team was all ready and excited to host their first webinar. 

Week 3 -  Post Webinar Engagement

Techolution hosted their first successful webinar. It was time to kick off the post-webinar engagement activities by sharing a thank you email to all the attendees along with webinar recording. We also sent a copy of the recording to registrants who missed the webinar. 

The Results?
