How Fractional CMO built and carried out the webinar plan in two weeks
Fractional CMO was running against the clock; our team had only ten days to run promotional campaigns for the webinar. At this point, Techolution did not have a contact database in place to run the email campaign. In only two days, we created a database of 1000 contacts that included mid and senior-level executives whom we could contact to promote the webinar.
We also created a landing page, a sequence of email nurturing campaigns, and workflows to manage e-vites and webinar registrations.
During the email campaign, we encountered some issues with email deliverability due to the high bounce rate. We recalibrated the email strategy by dividing the entire list into sub-lists to resolve this issue.
